The Hopkins Lodge drives a lot of its fundraising dollars through sales of refreshments on Mainstreet as well as at the Lodge during Bingo.
In order to support our fundraising efforts, we need volunteers to staff the various food and beverage stands. Click on the links below to find
out where we currently having openings in the various stands and need your help! A solid gray box means the slot is filled.
If it says "Open", we need someone to staff that slot.
If you want to volunteer, call the lodge at 952-933-2221 or email us at info@hopkinselks.org and tell us what job and date/time you wish to work and we'll sign you up. |
| Ticket Sales: | Exchange money for drink and food tickets. |
| Fries/Curd Sales: | Serve french fries and cheese curds to the public behind the lodge. |
| Food Sales: | Take tickets and serve food cooked at the grill during the Bingo. |
| Beer / Pop Sales: | Serve beer and pop to ticket holders. |
| Mainstreet Sales: | Staff the stand out on Mainstreet and serve hot food. (Sat only) |
| BBQ Grill Cook: | Man the grill frying up burgers, brats and dogs. |
| Bingo Collectors: | Change money for bingo cards and pick up used bingo cards after each game. |
| Bingo Callers: | Pull the bingo balls and read out the letter/number. |
| Kitchen Help: | Help keep the lodge and surrounding food areas clean, periodically do some dishes. |
