Elks Youth Camp
Did You Know?
  • Elks Kids Week: The camp sets aside one week per summer so that the children and grandchildren of Elks members can attend the camp.
This year, the week of August 13th-16th, 2009 is set aside for Elks Kids week. We will be accepting calls at camp (218-963-2222) beginning in June 2008 for Elks Kids Week. To register you must call camp and send completed registration and health form along with a check to MN Elks Youth Camp for $100.00 per camper. The deadline is July 1.

  • Troop Week: The camp sets aside one week per summer so that the children of members currently serving in the military can attend the camp.
This year, the week of June 28th - July 4th, 2008 is set aside for Troop week. For more information, click here.

  • Family Camp Weekend: Any Elk member and their family can attend a weekend at the camp.
Housing is on a first come first serve basis so get your registration forms in early. Space for tents and RVs is also available. For more information, click here.

  • Volunteering for Camp Opening/Closing: The camp needs volunteers to help open the camp May 8-10th and for the Ladies Opening May 15-17th.
Volunteers help clean up the camp after a long winter by raking, cleaning and generally making it habitable for the campers. They may assist in projects such as installing air conditioners etc. If you are interested in volunteering, contact John Miller (952-933-2221) for further information.

  • You Can Use the Facilities: Use the cabins off season to enjoy the camping experience.
You can use the facilities outside of the camping season, for a small donation, by contacting John Miller (952-933-2221). Enjoy the facilities during the summer or winter. Several of the cabins are winterized for year round use.
